Greetings. I'm a 27 year old husband and occasional couch potato. I work a mindless job and have nothing better to do in my brain but think up new characters. My favorite hobbies include gaming, reading, writing and singing. Mostly though I've spent most of my recent free time writing a homebrew pathfinder campaign for my three buddies irl.
I first dabbled in tabletop when my close friend pressured me to try 3.5e in a homebrew game playing the villains. Since then I haven't left the house without my dice, a pen and notebook with at least two fresh character sheets printed. It's been four years now and I'm showing no signs of quitting. To this day we see our earlier characters in our other games as relevant npcs and we get fuzzy feelings.
I typically lean away from the plain martial classes, the exception being Path of War stuff in Pathfinder. Which, I guess makes sense as they're anything but plain. My character personalities can vary wildly on the morality spectrum, but some things in common; they are mostly introverts, and almost always have some sort of mysticism about them. I enjoy internal conflict as much as the external, so I play a lot of tieflings and other things like that. And are almost always women. If I'm playing a man, or have made a backup character that is a man, that is how you know I'm truly invested.
I like to go into a game knowing that everyone at the table is committed to a good, fun adventure. I do not like rants, and it irritates me when people speak over others. We as players are not here to derail a game that the DM has worked so hard on, we're here to enjoy it and to tell a story. My favorite setting type is high fantasy, it's my comfort zone. But I'm really good with anything that has a solid delivery, and a good bunch of helpful people to enjoy it with.
I don't consider myself easily offended, and pride myself in the ability to separate player knowledge from character knowledge. There are no real boundaries for me. No lines that I'm uncomfortable having crossed, so long as everyone else feels the same way. As such, I'm cool with M+ content, and some really dark and twisted stuff too. (I've a [borderline] unhealthy fascination with demonkind and look forward to the day one of my characters succeeds in fully transforming into one.)
I strongly dislike murder hobos, and Justin Bieber. If I hear anyone say 'cash me ousside, how bow dah' I will smite them without hesitation. Good day. And may the Force be with you.
