What is there to say really? I'm an older gentleman who avoided Tabletop RPGs for the longest time. Several years ago someone convinced me to sit down and try one. Being a long time player of video games, I immediately took to the Tabletop RPG's possibility. I enjoyed being able to try and achieve things outside of a scripted event. It was mentally stimulating to overcome the hurdles and odds placed in our way by the GM.
Since then I have come a long way. I have played and GM'd many games, honing my ability and understanding of RPGs. I have come to enjoy the Role playing aspect ever more since I first started.
My favorite groups tend to be big on mutual respect, Roleplaying over Rollplaying, and sandbox-y settings.
