I've been roleplaying on and off for the past twenty years. Unfortunately, professional commitments have limited my ability to find a consistent face-to-face group to play with. After discovering Critical Role and rediscovering Dungeons and Dragons through its 5th edition, I decided to join Roll20 in hopes of finding a group to join and games to play. Ideally, I'm searching for long term campaigns (or a series of campaigns) that focus on story, roleplaying, and drama, with a fair amount of tactics and strategy. Combat is fun, but I tend to quickly lose interest if the focus is solely on violent skirmishes and dungeon crawls. I want a story I can lose myself in, PCs and NPCs I can care about, and an opportunity for in-depth character development. I've run both D&D 5e and Delta Green games in the past.
