I'd like to preface this bio by stating that one of the single hardest things for me to write about is myself, so bare that in mind as you read this. I've been told I'm vicious, cold, blunt, lazy, occasionally cruel and often unusual.
As a DM, I carry a lot of that with me in how I structure my environments. You want a realistic world that makes you work to see any lasting impact? I'll give you one where you're just as likely to encounter an overabundance of snakes with lethal venom as a pool of stagnant water that'll turn your stomach if you try to drink it. One where you don't get quests from nobility unless they needed some nameless patsies to run off and do a dangerous quest they don't want their name tied to. One with layered intrigue and character motivations that will act of their own devices with or without your involvement.
I'm forgiving, efficient and willing to work with others to help them understand what level of agency they have, even going so far as to explain some of what happened around them when things are all said and done, but I try and make sure that they understand their choices have consequences even if they don't alter the shape of the world. I can be witty and overly sarcastic at times, but I like to think I'm a reasonable person to work with on most things.
Truly, I'm great at parties.
