I started playing AD&D in 1985 and DMing right away. Started a campaing on 1989 and carried it on with up to six simultaenous parties until 2000, all the while devouring almost every 2nd edition manual that came out. Since then I've been in and out, GMing and playing for stints of usually less than a year, not more than two, and long inactive periods in between. After shelving my dice, I lost my rules erudition and whenever necessary winging it with abandon based on my experience. I'm not planning on spending too much time updating my mechanics knowledge, but I welcome more knowledgable players to assist me as a GM in that respect.
I'm currently playing in a 5e campaing here for a year, hopefully it will stay active for a few more.
I'm looking forward to a new VTM campaing I plan to start here.
