Hello folks! I am Joel, and I've been passionate about Role Playing Games for many many years now. I've worked in the video game industry for a well-known US company handling the entire South East Asian region for Gaming and I am a huge fan of musical theater. I've been introduced to the world of D&D quite late (I started as player in the 2nd quarter of 2019) and have been DMing tabletop sessions for a close group of friends and been doing one-shots in online D&D communities. I've been a part of the Bipolar Dice Roller Community and have been getting great support and training in running games on Roll20.
Even though I am fairly new as a professional DM - my commitment to my players is to be 100% engaged, focused and adaptable during our sessions. I'm also available and very easy to approach for any questions even outside our game sessions. Moreover, your feedback as player would be always appreciated for my continuous improvement. My goal and aspiration is to have the best gaming experience with you in each and every session, and with your help - I definitely think this can be achievable!
I am looking for passionate and committed players to start this DnD journey with me. As a new DM, I more well-versed in tactical combat encounters, and themes on exploration but I am going to give my all and won't shy way for the occasional RP encounters. The goal of each session, is to have a good balance and more importantly - to have a FUN session! Session 0 would always be free for you to get a sense whether I would be the type of DM for you.
I'll mostly be a EST morning schedule type of DM because I live in South East Asia. But depending on the player demand, I can adjust and flip the schedule accordingly.
