I'm 32 years old and have been playing TTRPGs for 20 years, and taught it for ten. This is my third roll20 account because I forget the account info when my computers die. I prefer to cleave tightly to the tone of a system, because I believe that game rules are inflexible when it comes to the genre and moods they can handle. With a couple exceptions, I like rules-lite over crunchier systems. I'm a roleplayer interested in character development and verisimilitude far more than a rollplayer interested in big numbers and tactical optimization.
