he/him/his (and I don't tolerate discrimination in my games)
I started roll-playing in the mid 80s and role-playing in the early 90s. My first love&hate is D&D. I'll stay faithful to it forever. I do need some spice in my RPG relationship and love branching out into specific IPs: Cyberpunk, The Witcher, Mechwarrior/Battletech, Boot Hill, Stormbringer!/Elric! (and Hawkmoon!, but i've never played), 7th Sea (R&K and 2E), and, many more I don't remember (007 and/or Top Secret, Gamma World [1E or D20] might be remebered).
As a player, I am a tactician, powergamer, and a specialist according to Robin's Laws of Good Game Mastering. I favor 50/50 role to roll playing.
As a GM/Judge/Referee, I favour the "tell me what you want to do and give me an excuse to use your skill/power/trait/etc to determine outcome". This means that swinging from the chandelier is part of the attack (disarm) action the character is taking, not just "roll a d20 until you fail and then I'll move on to the next player".
