When I was 12 years old I purchased a copy of "Eye of the Beholder" for my home computer. After spending hours reading the books that came with the game I discovered there was another game outside of a computer or video game counsel called Dungeons & Dragons. I found a few friends that had similar interests and spent some of the best years of my youth playing AD&D 2e.
Drifting apart from those friends as we all "grew up" I pursued different interests that helped scratch the fantasy itch including reading, and playing online games like "The Realm", "Ever Quest", and "World of Warcraft".
When Wizards of the Coast released D&D 5e I decided to pick up a few of the books and started DMing a campaign for my kids and a few of their friends. It wasn't long after that I came across Roll20 and created a Tyranny of Dragons campaign I have been DMing for some friends since October 2014.
I have enjoyed DMing for both groups but am seeking a group that is going to last for more then a few sessions to both experience playing the game again as well as learn to be a better DM for my own games.
