Warden S.

A secondary account used to list an adult RP campaign involving dark themes and scenes of intense peril and trauma. A world where your characters will struggle to survive and perhaps if they can make it through, they can bring some light to a dark and unholy place. Or perhaps they themselves are just as steeped in shadow, and thrive in the horrible conditions in which they and the others find themselves.

Are you Predator, or Prey? Victim? Avenger? Guardian? Do you stand together united, or stalk the darkness alone?

Blood and horror awaits you all the same. As the prying eyes of those in power over the system claim what they want; Gold, gear, and freeborn man and woman alike.

Who will survive?

My game features a mysterious, magical prison in which your character has been placed. Abducted for crimes real or fabricated. "Gifted" with a magical collar which will inflict terrible pain or even death to those who escape or commit grievous enough offense against the prison. Here they must perform tasks, be it entertaining their captors or striking out on missions, to earn points and advance in a cryptic system which promises to reward good performance with equipment, comforts, and perhaps even freedom some day.

But lives are lost daily in the bloody pit that is "The Arena," and even beyond that, so few return from the missions they are tasked upon, and those that do speak of insane horrors and dangers that await. The prisoners with the fewest points are treated as chattel not just by the staff but even by other prisoners, made into lackeys.. or worse. Hope seems impossible to obtain for some, and none who have ever ascended to a certain level in the system have ever returned to tell tale of whether the Warden keeps their promises or not.

Something is clearly not right about this place, and it will take no small amount of cunning, and guile, and bravery to discover the dark secrets that lay long lost in these dark halls.
