I have recently become obsessed with Shadowrun after leaving Star Wars FFG. I can honestly say that FFG was the worst system I've ever played, and I think that Shadowrun is probably the best. I just turned 30, I'm a little bit obsessed with my new dog, and I'm a huge fan of media, entertainment, and games. I cut my thumb over 4 years ago and have been dealing with crappy nerve pain since then, but I've had a ton of free time for playing tabletop RPG's and such. I'm in a few active games with a bunch of different people right now. I'm in the PDT timezone, on the west coast of the USA.

Question: is it more polite to just quietly leave a game without saying why or to just say bye to the GM and explain your issues? I feel that the latter is the better choice, but to each their own.
