I'm a retired industrial machine designer. I've been playing D&D in it's various incarnations since the fall of 1976 (White Box + Chainmail for minis). My first character never got past the first dungeon room. Less than five minutes later I had my second character and I was off to the races.

Our group currently plays D&D 5e (2014) in the EST (UTC-05:00) time zone in winter or EDT (UTC-04:00) in summer.

Today I'm DM of one game that's been running since January of 2021, playing in two others and have characters in three games currently on hiatus.
