38 years and still no level up..?

German looking for a Numenera group.

Friend handed out Players Guide because he wants to try DMing and exploring a post apocalyptic setting (currently i lead them through a classic LotR style RPG).
Sadly with all our real world things&worries going on like work, family, social life, and so i don't see Numenera happening any time soon - maybe never.

Now i have the concept for a Passionate Glaives who Brandishes an Exotic Shield in my head, complete with description of looks, weapons, background, place where he became who or what he now is, but cannot play with this toy... :(
