I am a 45 year old male residing in Canada. I am on central daylight savings time.
I am a chill, laid back, easy going guy.
I have played AD&D through to 3.5 Edition D&D as well as a few other TTRPGs.
I used to be part of a steady group playing every Sunday with great friends years ago.Unfortunately differing situations in all our lives brought that to a halt.
I'm currently looking to get back into a long term campaign with some good people.
Looking for an exciting and immersive world, home brew or otherwise.
I do not desire to be stuck in a sand box or have our party stuck on a railway.
I am a team player and work for the benefit of the party, but I will still of course have personal desire for my own character and its development.
I'm looking for approximately a 60/40 split with roleplay and combat as well as a serious campaign, moderate to high magic, no fluffy overly cutesy silliness.
I am absolutely fine with mature content, dark, explicit, etc as long as it fits the narrative and doesn't devolve into depravity and pull away from the actual story and its development.
I am new to Roll20 and have been applying to several games.
I'm a fast learner and very keen to play.
I'd prefer to start at level one and build a complete and fulfilling story arc, character and party development.
