Mid-30s gamer with about 25 years of tabletop experience. I'm looking for games to GM or play. I am open to play in just about any system, any style, but as far as running games I prefer more serious, roleplay heavy games using AD&D, Pathfinder, World of Darkness, GURPS, or Call of Cthulhu mechanics.
As a player I am willing to fill just about any role, though unless the game is quite serious I tend to add levity and humor. I am capable of dramatic roleplaying, but will usually hold off until I get a gauge of how the game/setting is before trying to bring in anything too serious. I can do hack'n'slash, but even in those games I still try to be the type of player that interacts in character with the other characters and NPCs, and will often come up with a relatively detailed character background even if not required, and will roleplay in ways realistic to the character and it's backstory.
