im a dm/gm and rarely a player, my tactics are turning the group against themselves and seeing what it takes to make the group kill themselves rather than giving out any real punishment. often I'll make a obvious situation and they will refuse to do it, taking the more dangerous path. but risk isn't without reward. i prefer to enjoy myself rather than stick to every rule in the book, so if you dont like rule sbeing broken then best avoid me.
