My name is Robert. I just ran into this Roll20 website. I've been checking out the YouTube videos about it and getting the gist of what this is all about. Im very interested in learning and playing.
A little about my D&D background. I started to play in my teens the AD&D 2nd edition in the late 80's all the way till about 1999-2000. All in the Forgotten Realms. Loved playing it as you can tell. Took a hiatus from the game. When i reunited with my friends that i played with, they where using the Pathfinder rules. Much different then what i was used to. They took me under their wing but only played for a short time, never getting used to the Pathfinder rules (2nd Edition i know like the back of my hand). So i have very little experience with Pathfinder.
Now i see that there is a 5th Edition (boy have i missed a lot). Grew apart from my gaming friends, but hoping to start anew with Roll20.
