Howdy! You can call me Nico, I'm in my late 20's, and I'm a gay latino man.
I've been roleplaying for a long time, and as such am mostly seeking RP-focused campaigns. Not RP-only, mind, just seeking other people who prioritize RP and story over combat and dungeon crawling. I still enjoy those aspects, but not at the diminishment of roleplay and character focus, and I can certainly do without them just fine.
I adore drama, improvisation, and fun characters, though only when they're used with care to not disrupt the campaign and other players' fun. I don't play to 'win', I play to tell a compelling story.
That said! I do enjoy optimization when it comes to combat, and would love to be a part of a game that doesn't compromise RP and story but still makes combat challenging with every player enjoying high-powered characters with combat optimization. Not what I usually expect from TTRPGs though, just something I'd love to explore.
I'm familiar with 3.5e, 4e, and 5e of D&D, as well as PF and PF2, but I'm very open to learning new systems! As you might guess from that spread, fantasy is my go-to, but I'm not opposed to other genres. Dark fantasy, low fantasy and horror are my favorite, but I'm open to sci-fi, modern fantasy, and others.
