I've been playing RPG's for about 17 years, and wow that makes me feel old to say. Got introduced through old World of Darkness games, so they hold a special place in my heart and have forever influenced how I approach every other system. I tend to play "role" play much more than "roll" play, and usually have to have a reason why my character would do a thing. I've never met an rpg I didn't like, and am willing to try most anything.
I've DMed pathfinder and a few one-three session shot World of Darkness games, but I much prefer playing, and am usually the player in my group to pick up the bread-crumbs the DM lays and nudge the group along. I tend to play whatever spackle the party needs to function, as I'm usually one of the more experienced and/or mellow folks at the table.
Oh! I make content for the Marketplace, too! Maybe check it out, and tell me what you think I should do next. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/search?keywords=&sortby=popular&type=all&genre=all&author=Brass%20Badger%20Workshop I also accept commissions for maps, character portraits, or handout illustrations starting as low as $20! And I upload mini "freebie" maps via my Twitter account on occasion, so follow me @BrassBadger
Right now I'd love to play a more "dark" themed game like Exalted, as all of my other long running current campaigns are more comedy based. I appear to be cursed and have never gotten to play more than 2 Shadowrun sessions, so I would be giddy to pull one of my many created characters out of the graveyard.
Favorite character: Kaaz the Dad-joke-cracking, too noble for his own damn good Tengu Hishoken. He's lawful good as all hell, and had an int score of 7. His death is going to be epic and I can't wait.
