All content from my art folders has disappeared

I run a number of compaigns on roll 20 and recently all of the content from my art folders disappeared after I reorganised my folders. I can still see the content I have uploaded but everything put into folders has gone. folder names are still there. My dynamic lighting is still in place on the maps along with the tokens but the maps have all gone. Have tried clearing extensions and the cache and have just tried Firefox, (normally use chrome) but same issue. I have been able to reupload some maps so I can continue to play but very frustrating. This has happened across every campaign I am running

Did you delete the maps from the recent uploads after organizing them in folders? The asset in the folder is a reference and when you delete an image from the recents uploads, it is really deleted. See the section recent uploads https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/360039675113-Art-Library#ArtLibrary-UploadingArt
No i don't tend to delete anything from my recent uploads. they are are still visible and when I try to load the file back onto the maps it won't do it. I have to make a completely new map to upload it or reupload the file again

We can only make suggestions here, but this sounds like something that might need actual dev assistance. I'd suggest a Help Center Request .
I have raised two help desk requests but have not received any response
Will try again

I had the same thing happen with several adventures that I purchased on the roll20 market. I tried removing the content and reinstalling. It didn't work. This is very concerning and is more concerning that Roll20 help desk is not responding.
