I've recently been experiencing this every time in the chat for all rolls. Is there any way of fixing this, I've cleared site data and I have no idea what has happened. It's not like this for my players or if I load the campaigns in Edge (second image).

Are you running any extensions in Chrome? Does it have this problem if you run the game in a Private  Browsing window? If your players are not experiencing it (assuming some of them are on Chrome), and you don't get it while using a different browser, my guess is that you are having an extension or plugin conflict.
