As DM can I make new game with characters and tokens from different game?

So my Mad Mage game is bugged and I want to start fresh but I'm not sure how to backup all my players character sheets and tokens and journal entries to import into a new game. Anyone know if I can do that?
Since you have a Pro subscription, just create a new game, then use the Transmogrifier to move whatever you want from your current game into the new one.

Oh boy, you are pro and never used Transmog yet....your mind is about to be blown bud.  In the far right tab for settings inside the session scroll waaaaay down and you will find a button called Transmogrifier.  Theres so many things you can setup with it but essentially you can move all your maps, all your sheets, all your handouts, and your jukebox to any game with a drag and drop.  The maps retain their tokens, fog of war state, and their dynamic lighting layer.  Some api's will maintain state with the map if you never rename it and if you do anything that needs to be done for the api in the live session.  Example:  Teleport API's teleport pads if made in your live session on the map, will retain their functionality if you constantly move the map in and out of the live session(just don't clear your api state).   I personally use it to keep my live session as slim as possible and pull things in when I need them for the players.  I have storage sessions that I never ever enter that I just view from the transmog screen.  This helps keep the live session running smooth for the gameplay I find.   EDIT:  Transmogrifier does not function if you have some extensions installed.  So beware.
