5e DnD Game time: Biweekly, Saturday at 5PM Pacific standard time. We usually go to 9-10, but sometimes longer if everyone is feeling it. We the group: We are a group who played out in Bay area California, but Corona kind of killed that so here we are online now. We are looking for players who consider themselves mature in temperament. One of the players is in his 20's, I'm in my thirties and the other player is in their 40's, not to say we have an age requirement I just want you to have a heads up what kind of group you'll be asking to join. We are about two sessions in on Dawn of the Badmoon, but decided it was a good stopping point to get a few more players in. It was meant as a one-shot originally, but we changed our minds and went full campaign with it once the one-shot was over. Looking for 2 plays to round off the 2 I already have. Will consider 5 if there is a late joiner who seems pretty cool. Should I Join?: Join if you like brutal combat and can accept that Hardcore mode DnD has a significantly higher chance of your character dying than standard DnD. You get some heroic moments, but the superhero flare of traditional DnD is not all there. A Dragon is always a Dragon and no matter your level one wrong move and it will BBQ you. We go for a more immersive take and aim for a game spirit that reflects older versions of DnD. Scenario description: Devil worshipping knights and their minion hordes to the south and the vampire dogs to the north with their armies of mindless thrall. We have appeared from the black water mists surrounding your continents and sieged your coasts, lay waste to your castles and decapitated your champions. You arrogant land of men, you thought yourselves the world when there is so much you don't know, will never know. However... All you must know now is that the age of reckoning is neigh.
