issues linking charictor tokens to jourmal

im haveing some issues linking charictor tokens to there journal entry in my game. sometimes it works but soetimes i need to go int ot the token settings and update the represents charictor and nameplate settings im haveing to do this about 3-4 times per session or basicly every time i drag all my charictors on to the game screen i often need to setup 4 of the 6 charictors playing

ahh. i didnt realise that had to be followed exactly. that seems to fo sorted it for me i think.

Yeah, that default token step trips up a lot of folks. It's the equivalent of saving your work in a file. It's a copy of the token the last time you fiddled with it. Any subsequent editing doesn't automatically write back to the sheet with an update.
