Help I have bought and am running Curse of Strahd and have managed to delete sections of a map. How can I recover the content that I have purchased but accidentally deleted? Any help gratefully received

At the free level, it's going to be a little tedious.  You need to start by creating a second game from the same module.  That will give you a complete copy of the module to pull data from.  Next, for each of the things you accidentally deleted you create a character in the new copy, then set the image as the default token on it. Then move those characters into your character vault, and export them to the old game where the content is missing. Drag each character out onto the map where the content is missing and position it where it needs to go. Delete all the characters you used for copying the content across. At the pro level (and it might be worth the 10 bucks to jump up to it for a month depending on how extensive the damage is), you can use the Transmogrifier to copy whole pages from other games, so you would: delete all the broken pages from the old game create a new game from the module, copy the previously broken pages from the new game into the old game.

File a  Help Center Request  and explain your problem. Normally deleted items are handled by a rollback, but they might make exceptions for purchased content. If they cannot help in a timely manner and the damage is not too severe, you can create a new instance of the game, download any missing pieces from it and upload them into your old game. To download any graphic, select it, press "Z" to highlight, right click and save the image to your desktop. Then upload to old game and position and size appropriately.
Thanks for the info Aaron, as you suspected I'm a 'free' users, although I did purchase the Module. I've managed to delete the GM Layer for the main map which has a number of drawn elements not just tokens. So you're saying I need to use the Character Image to effectively do a cut and paste from a new copy of the module to the old one? Well there's tedious and then there's TEDIOUS!

Ah, if it's drawings that are deleted, you either have to redraw them by hand, or try to get it restored like Keith listed.  Also, for the record, I'm not precinct, the forum tags users with their subscription level.  =D
