Roll20 needs to fix voice chat ASAP!

They have features available such as voice chatting, but they are too busy advertising on youtube to make them functionally useful. You can "adjust others volumes by clicking on the slider under their avatar." Obviously, it does not work unless you mute them. This is problematic because I am being audibly assaulted by earrape from some users and am unable to hear others' quieter audio. Maybe if the Roll20 team would focus less on paying youtube to interrupt people's videos with ads for roll20 and focus more on actually addressing this issue might I be tempted to use roll20 without discord. And it IS a known issue. One admin posted about it saying something along the lines of "We are aware of this issue, and will fix it in the future." I'm no expert, but I know procrastination when I see it. This isn't the only complaint I have with roll20, but it's the only problematic issue. I'd like for a feature I've been offered to function if you know what I mean. Not trying to be an asshole, if I was, I would be swearing and wouldn't even explain anything. But this is a real problem with a not functioning function. And since roll20 is all about board games, and communication is key in board games, you really want to be able to use this particular function. Thank you for reading, devs please hop to it, and otherwise, have a nice day.

Many people (myself included) use the video from Roll20 and the audio from Discord. Roll20's main mission is not video conferencing, so you are always going to get better results from a dedicated tool. For instance, streamers on Roll20 rarely use the built-in A/V. They use better tools. That being said, the Roll20 A/V has gone through drastic improvement over the years, believe it or not. I can almost always count on a solid connection throughout the whole session, which did not used to be the norm.
This is true. Even if the app doesn't have enough of the prebuilt things I would like, it gives me enough of the tools necessary to make them myself. Don't let my gripe with this one feature reflect my feelings towards roll20 as a whole.
