Importing digital PDFs for rule books

Anyone know where I can find information as to how to upload/create assets for rule books?  I am looking to add the MSH (FASERIP) digital books I have for my players to use in game. thanks,

PDFs can be uploaded at 1 page at a time but they are converted into jpg. You would then have to make a handout per page while creating another handout that would be an index (each page would be listed as a hyperlink). It would be easier if you communicated with your players and gave them a link to the material directly. Remember this is for the free material as Roll20 is big on no piracy on their site.

hmm.  yeah it would def be free.  I just want to play.  no way to create house compendium stuff huh?  oh well
