Welcome to a world of Super Heroes and Mutants! This is the world of tomorrow or is it? Picture cyberpunk style, but still having the vibe of the 80's and 90's(Those who grew up in this time period will know what I mean). My campaign setting will have literally EVERTHING that's cool from Saturday morning cartoons and comics in it. Ninja Turtles, Street Fighter, X-Men, Marvel Heroes, DC Heroes, Cyber-Ninjas, Cybersaurs(err.. Dinosaurs with cybernetic implants?). Ohh... and much much more, especially if it's AWESOME. Anyways I'm a new GM to Mutants and Masterminds 3rd Edition and still trying to get a grip on all the rules.
