Dynamic Lighting/Market Place Item/Base Account

If there is Dynamic Lighting on a module you buy from the Market Place that has Dynamic Lighting, is it lost if you have a base account?  If you upgrade your account will it be an option?   If you have a pro account and put dynamic lighting in the module, can you transfer it over from a pro account to a base account and still have it on the module? Thank you for your time.

Dynamic lighting data in a module/game doesn't disappear anywhere, it just becomes accessible/inaccessible depending on the type of account.
