All Characters Suddenly Gone

While giving permissions to a player in a West Marches server, that sheet and every other sheet and folder in the 'Character' folder deleted themselves. This is the second time in about a month that we've had this issue and we haven't been able to recover everything before it happened again today. Approximately 20 minutes ago from this post was when it happened. The first time this happened was about two weeks ago and we didn't get any assistance until it was too late. I'm not the owner of the game, I am one of the DMs that help run it. A lot of those lost sheets have no backups. This server was where the sheets were made and some characters had never been in a game before they were completely gone. Considering that it happened recently, is there ANYTHING that could be done to reverse the most recent wipe? Perhaps a 24-48 hr Rollback?

Your best bet is to explain the situation in a  Help Center Request . Ideally, the owner of the game should do it, as it would require their permission. Is the owner a Plus or Pro user?

The owner is Pro, just very difficult to get in contact with. We've relocated what characters we could salvage to a new game. Keeping it monitored by 1-2 DMs at a time is the best thing we can do.
