Weird question, but is there a way to have one deck usable between two separate games with the same players in each? So if someone in game 1 drew a card they would have it in game 2 as well?…

Not built in, and not easily, to the point of being not really possible. You could technically do it with a couple of api scripts and something like a browser extension or external bot that provides communication between them. That would be a huge effort to accomplish.

You might want to investigate the option of allowing players drawing specific cards from the deck. So, they can draw a card at random in game 1 but choose that card from the deck in game 2.
