The title pretty much says it all. Is it possible to add a Turn Order Custom Item via a sheetworker, or is an API script necessary?

An API script is needed for this. Sheet workers can only change things on the character sheet, and have no connection to tokens. The turn order is based on tokens.

How about through a macro? I know there's a way to add the selected token to the tracker. Any way to create a custom item that way?
