Uploaded and bought tokens suddenly get the wrong size

I just noticed that putting tokens on my map from my image library, INCLUDING bought items, suddenly puts them in the wrong size. If I see this right, they're always squared. Doesn't happen if I upload something from my local harddrive by drag & drop on the map. This is a SERIOUS problem for me because it practically wrecks how I manage my games. Anyone else had that, and/or knows how to fix it?

This is exactly the same problem as several other people are reporting, and you should use the Help Center to raise a ticket about it. That will let Roll20 know directly that you are affected and want it fixed.&nbsp; A work-around is to drag your images to the map from Folder View instead of the Art Library view. Thanks! I did a search first, but obviously missed the other posts. I'll try this! As for support, well, they haven't exactly been helpful (or even care about my problems at all) in the past, so I think I'll not waste my time there. I'm at the point that, if I don't find a solution here, I give up. Anyway, thanks for the help, I'm happy there's a workaround!
