Rollback and charactermancer not working

In our game, players had issues with the charactermancer. When starting it, they would get stuck at the first screen with none of the buttons 'OPT OUT', 'BACK TO TOP' or 'NEXT' working. This essentially broke their character sheet. To salvage the situation, we bought a Pro subscription in order to rollback our game. However, after rolling back the game a week, this did not change the game state at all: players are still stuck in the charactermancer and we have spent money on the Pro subscription with a rollback feature that doesnt do anything..

The best place to resolve a tangled situation like this is with a  Help Center Request . It will likely require dev intervention, and filing an official report will create and assign a ticket. Posts on the forum are easily missed.
