The Free modules and packs you get every month with a paid subscription. Can you only add them to a new game or can you add them to a existing game? If so where do you find it. Thanks

You cannot add a module to an existing game.  But since you have a Pro subscription you could create a new game with that module, then use the Transmogrifier to move anything to your current game. If the resource is an add-on, you can add that to any existing game from the main game page by clicking on the 'Game Addons' button. If the resource is art, then you would access that through the Art tab in game, and that will be accessible in any game you have.
