The PCs are part of a mercenary company on their way to raid a foreign outpost. A new recruit joins the company and confides in his squad-mates that he has a treasure map to a location near the outpost. Starting characters would be human variant martial types using PHB only and there would be some rules changes to create a more Hardcore gameplay. Homebrew setting. Game on Saturday afternoonish?
