My account was set to FREE when I'm a Pro Subscriber.

I was gifted a pro subscription and used it. Yesterday I was charged $49 for an auto renewal so I asked that it be refunded as I don't need it now. Today my account was set to FREE somehow and my tickets/emails have gone unanswered. None of the money has been refunded to either myself or the person that gifted me the subscription. You would think a goof like this would be a priority to fix.
