Roll20 Companion App - Not showing one of my characters in a game

I have one character in one game that does not show as available. Any way to fix this? I have logged out and in, and refreshed.

Do you have them both in your journal and editable by you? Even if you're the GM, both must be set to see a character sheet. If that doesn't fix it, a link to the game would be very helpful for troubleshooting.

Hm, I'm having trouble recreating this. I tried setting your archmage to be available to all players on both of her settings, and it shows up as available to me. Did that help?

No, it is still unavailable to me. I don't know how relevant it would be, but a few months ago the GM changed the name of my character from Quelenna to Archmage Quelenna. If I try to change it back to not include the title, all of the buttons on my sheet stop working because they cannot find the character name. Usually I am able to change a character name without problem.
