Roll20 Companion App - Not showing one of my characters in a game

I have one character in one game that does not show as available. Any way to fix this? I have logged out and in, and refreshed.

No, it is still unavailable to me. I don't know how relevant it would be, but a few months ago the GM changed the name of my character from Quelenna to Archmage Quelenna. If I try to change it back to not include the title, all of the buttons on my sheet stop working because they cannot find the character name. Usually I am able to change a character name without problem.
