Can't Assign Journal View or Edited/Controlled By Permissions

So for some reason in all of my games I am now completely unable to assign the who can view/edit/control a character. In the fields below: So when I set these, and it doesn't matter if the player connected or what, it automatically resets when I refresh or do anything. AKA any change I make doesn't stay. I've tried it on my usual browser after clearing cache/restoring browser to standard settings (basically factory reset) which is Opera GX. I then tried it on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox after making sure the downloads were clean, none of them worked. Not a single one. I can't even assign them to me and I'm literally in the game. So I asked a friend to join, gave them GM and what a surprise they can set these permissions just fine. On literally every single one of my games, that I own, I am unable to set it but any set GM can do it just fine.

Very strange. Since your friend can do it, it's probably not a Roll20 end issue. Since you can't do it on any browser, it's probably not a browser setting issue on your end. That leaves ISP, or some possible OS-level setting as more likely culprits. You could try one of those browsers on a private browsing window. Or look at your firewall settings? That's a bit out of my expertise area, though. You might be able to rule out ISP if you can tether your computer to a mobile device like a phone, that is using cellular data, just to test.
