GM filter "speaking as" characters by folder

Right now, once GM reaches a certain amount of NPCs, it becomes really inconvenient to choose one of them in "speaking as" dropdown. And while it's possible to organize them in Journal tab, no such  organisation exists in this dropdown. The workaround for this is archiving all the NPCs that aren't used in current session, but archiving ruins the folder structure, so un archiving necessary NPCs before session is also not very convenient experience.  So, I propose either modify "speaking as" dropdown to something like a character browser, and/or add right-click action in Journal to switch "speaking as" to that character.
A workaround to scrolling is to open the dropdown, and then start typing the character's name.  It should highlight the correct name after enough letters, and then you hit enter to commit it.  Though you might have trouble if you're a slow typer, or if you have tons of NPCs.
