Charactermancer not working properly

Hi all Our party is mid game (DND 5e) and trying to level up.  The Charactermancer is not automatically populating the average roll and the button is not working.  Anyone else having this issue? It only worked for one of party (of 4). Thanks

I am also having this issue in one of my games. Not sure what the issue is as from the DM side I don't have the issue but on the player side I do. I even created a 2nd account to try in that game and it has the same issue. EDIT: I fixed this by creating a new game and having my players join that one. Annoying but couldn't figure out any other workaround
