I sent a query on Boxing (re: and xmas present voucher) and got a reply asking me a question that evening - Great! So I replied as it asks on 27th. Then I chased 5th Jan, then again 6th Jan including a newly discovered email address of "<a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a>". Ive not had any further comms since Boxing day. So my question to your forum goers is - are there any contact numbers or other methods of communication I can try please? Is the customer service department for Roll20 always like this? TY
