New Guy looking to learn trouble with Tutorial

Hi Really new to Roll 20 but I feel its the best way for me to get into D&D and other RPGs I love. So I am trying to learn all I can about the interface and how to be a player and maybe in the future a DM. And I trying to run the Tutorial on Roll 20, but when I do all I get is a black screen and the word Loading.... No matter how long I wait that is as fare as I get. Is there something wrong with the Tutorial or is there something else I should be doing ??

Try loading in a private browsing window, on either Chrome or FIrefox. I was just able to load it.

Thanks Keith, I think I sorted it, it was one of the extensions I had running that was interfering with it. I've closed that down and it now seems to be running OK  

If it's not too personal, could you name the extension, for other players who might have the same issue and come across this thread?

Not me personally, but I've dealt with it enough to know its almost always one of those free to download adblockers or an internet security suites web security extension.  I don't think brand name matters, its a specific setting in them revolving around webgl and JS.  

I'm not 100% certain but it thing it was the VTT
