Add a token settings checkbox so only GMs can see token tooltips

By mousing over the monster token, players can see the monster’s mechanical information that I’ve written in the tooltip. Fix this by adding a checkbox in token tool tip settings that allows only the GM to see the tooltip.

This was requested in the feedback thread when tooltips were released, but we’ve seen no updates yet, and it’s a sensible thing. The visibility of tooltips should be just as configurable as the nameplate and bars. I’m voting for this.

I’m voting for this.  It just goes to show how much these features really get tested and how much our community testing really matters.  Common sense would dictate a checkbox for GM only.

It’s nice to have the token tooltip as a GM to post information and small notes about characters and monsters but it’s for naught if players can see it too.
