Game copy process results in an empty game

Hello. I'm trying to make a backup copy of a game, but it always results in an empty game - no maps, no character/npc sheets, even though I've checked all the checkboxes in game copy menu. The game id is 10582913. It might be a little too large since it's a game that a large russian community plays in west-march style. Still, I would like to make game backups from time to time.

It’s possible your game is too large to copy. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue.
