Charactermancer crashed and won't respond

My player used the charactermancer to level up his warlock at level 8. It freezes and we can't do anything. Can't quit, can't continue, nothing. The option " Discard and Exit" bouton ignore the clicks, but the continue bouton works great to go on the same page which didn't work as intended. We used different browsers, desactivated our add-ons and extensions and cleared our cache. What's next ?

I'm also having issues (where 5e mancer is getting stuck on "Building your character" on two of my games - one game still works.) A friend of my runs a game and having same issues as I am. I just submitted a Help Desk ticket (with a console log). Hope to hear something soon.
