Tokens Spawning Randomly

I have an issue that started happening recently: sometimes, when I save a token for a character, and then click anything on that token's Character or NPC sheet, a copy of the token spawns on a specific spot on the map (I'm pretty sure it spawns on the spot where I saved it). I do not know what causes it, and I cannot consistently replicate it, but this started occurring about a week ago when I was preparing a new session, and I hope I'm not just tripping or doing something wrong, cause I've got quite a bit of experience with roll20.

Weird. Are you running any scripts that might be causing this behavior?

No scripts or anything of the sort. I've found out that simply refreshing the page fixes the issue, so it might be a browser bug. I use Mozilla with a few addons, maybe some of them could be causing an issue.
