Looking to form a group with 4-5 people! About the Setting: Something evil is trapping the souls of the dead and draining life from all who have been raised from death by magic. This worldwide "death curse" not only prevents the raising of the dead but also causes creatures that were previously raised from the dead to wither and die. The source of this death curse lies in a trap-riddled tomb hidden beneath a lost city in the depths of a vast jungle. It is a campaign about exploration and discovery, with some intrigue and much to find out. You can either follow through with the main quest (if you find it out) or spend your PC time roaming about and discovering the land of Chult! I have great skills at on the spot improv, and will also create short to long term consequences, for any critical/important decision, especially those not predicted in the campaign itself (Chult might have an extra cult or a volcano that was not there before in some of my campaigns) I also like creating Unique NPCs, trying to give uniqueness to all, from big important ones to small ones, and giving them some small nick that makes them recognizable and rememberable. I will not keep the training wheels on for the games tho, and so you will face the consequences of your actions. If you decide to fight that "I should not mess with it" thing, you will get what you are going for: A hard challenge followed by probable death. I have started using Roll 20 about a year ago, being more used to Tabletop gaming, but I am growing fond of it, having 1k+ hours in it, and plan to invest more and more on bespoke tokens, and maps, and adding more campaigns to my repertoire. I will allow most of the original books to be used, will NOT allow UA (Unbalanced Arcana... I mean Unearthed Arcana). "Homebrewish" things CAN be discussed privately BUT I try to avoid them and will need from your part good reasoning why you want to use it and why it is not unbalanced and fit the settings. General Info: - I live in GMT-3 but am rather flexible with time schedules. - Party size is from 4 to 6 players max, 4 to 5 being the perfect sizes. - Sessions are 15$ each, through PayPal, per player. I will NOT put a "maximum length" on the sessions. if you wanna start in the morning and end at night, so be it. - Dynamic lighting is utilized to make the game more atmospheric. - Voice chat is over discord. - I make (stupid) voices for my NPCs! I might sound ridiculous sometimes XD! - Most of the times I have played the game, it lasted from 1 year to 2, if the group was slow-paced or not stable (skipping sessions). - I run when there is not more than 1 player missing if every player is ok with it. I have "white plume mountain" (Dungeon crawling warning) ready and primed for those who want to test their skills at surviving in it. It will still be paid but will last a short time (3-4 sessions), and you will be able to bring any character you like (to the according to level and with some item rules I will place).
