Hello! We are a party of 4-5 are looking for a DM willing to host sessions Fridays or Saturdays around 9:00 PM EST . Can be either weekly or bi-weekly . We have a mixture of experienced and new players . We don't mind doing a module or created campaigns as long as they are not ongoing and is DnD 5e. We would like to stick to the group we have although we don't mind adding one more if needed. We prefer to use discord for voice chat and Roll20 (obviously) for the campaign! We are a group that can be both serious and goofy when needed and are flexible when it comes to the roleplay. We are a pretty laid-back group and are eager to start a campaign with any DM willing to take us on! We would prefer to not have to pay to play (low on funds), but not 100% against the idea. If anyone is interested with DMing for our group, please reach out either here or through discord DMs. Discord:   Metal#3124
Still looking for a DM if anyone is interested!

Did you have a price range that you would be able to do?
Talked to the group and we were fine with $5 dollars per player per session?
Not sure if that is not enough for a DM, but that's what we're comfortable with atm

Hey I'm wondering what characters you have already and what style of game are you looking for like a vampire game or a supernatural game or a gritty realism game or high fantasy with an army of dragons? "We don't mind doing a module or created campaigns as long as they are not ongoing and is DnD 5e." Can you clarify this statement where you say " as long as they are not ongoing ', does that mean you don't want to play in a long campaign and you just want to do modules? And it is clear you're only looking for fifth edition you're not looking for Pathfinder, I understand that part, but the other sentence isn't clear. Do you already have characters in mind that you have created or characters that you want to play? Can you give some of us who would be willing to run this and idea of what those characters races and classes are, what level do you want to start at? Are you looking at Xanathar's and Tasha's or just core? or what kind of rule books do you expect  I realize that some of your players are new... but for the established people who have played before there's a lot here open to interpretation.... Unless you're just going to play in the GM's world (whatever that is.) Thanks for any clarification or notes you might be able to give to the community here . I'm currently playing in a friendly game that's $5 per player per session it's not really set up like a pro game would be...it is a guy who is running the game and it's just giving him a few dollars a session to defray costs because he does buy some materials and books for it but runs it as voice only with some dice bots on a popular third party voice and video application that is not usually mentioned here. I Run games for free and I also Run games for up to $25 per player per session (that is the going rate for a pro GM in the current marketplace for a very professional presentation) depending on what I'm doing. If it's a complete sandbox world, with sound effects and music and virtual tabletop then it's on the upper end.    If it's super casual then I've done those for free. I'm running a semi casual D&D 5th edition in my own online roll20 campaign for free for eight players. So any data that you might have about the composition of your group would help the community to decide if they're going to step up for five bucks a session or free to help you.
What I meant by not ongoing I meant that the group isn’t brought into a game that already started. We’re looking for any DM with any sort of story as long as it’s within the DND 5e rule set as well as their books. Obviously more can be discussed through DMs if anyone is interested. I would say we are looking for a semi-casual experience with a mixture of visual presentation (such as for combat).
Hopefully that helps a little bit. Haven’t looked for a DM in a long while.
I run 3.5, which is easy to pick up if you are familiar with 5e.
Metal, thanks for your response.  Okay that clears that up. I'm a little bit busy today with some government paperwork that I have to handle for my ongoing Visa in Thailand. But I will construct a campaign pitch and get with you in about a day or two, to see if we can agree on something pretty cool that we can be happy with. Thanks for responding back, so many of these threads are often just brief encounters that languish.
